Solarez Surfboard Ding Repair Review

This Solarez product is for fixing fiberglass surfboards, not newer epoxy surfboards.

This is a clear resin that comes out of a tube and you apply it to cracks or holes in your surfboards.
The stuff cures and hardens under UV light (sunlight) in about 5 minutes.
After it hardens you must sand it smooth or apply another coating if needed.
The package comes with a small square of sandpaper with a coarse side and a fine grit side.

This is best for smaller dings/cracks but if you apply many coats you can fix even larger cracks and holes.

Do not use this on an epoxy surfboard or you will damage the glassing.

The stuff is clear so if you have a colored surfboard the repair site won't color match.
