i ride a 6'4" Al Merrick flyer with Futures. I am 5'11" and 180lb. Th
e board came with Future, AM1 composites. That fin was way too loose, ragdolled on late takes, and lacked drive. A friend gave me a set of fiberglass Honeycomb Fea. A very predictable fin, but very stiff on surf in the waist to chest range. For me a good fin for Hurricane surf. So, i spent just over a 100 bucks for the Black Stix V2 FEA. Since the first time I surfed them, they have been the perfect fin. They are super fast, due to the V2 foil. It's amazing the amount of speed they generate. while at the same time the board has good hold, but isnt tight. I surf them with power, drive passed closout sectiions like never before. I havent had the had them in big surf, but thats not what i bought them for. i bought them for the typical thigh to chest high waves we get on the East Coast. if you,ve been looking for a fin, you have to try this one!

I use front-zip wetsuits, so neck rashes are a problem since the neck opening cannot be adjusted. The trade-off is seal around the neck to prevent water ingress. Ok, so I am a Rollerblade/Ice hockey guy.
Never really tried roller skates till I got involved with a new Derby league.
The girls and coach started to give me a hard time about the blades so I began to borrow some skates.
Three times I used very nice Reidells' and they were $190.00 new.
Last night I got to try these out and I am very impressed.
Very comfy, no long break-in time, fast and light.
After 20 minutes we made an adjustment to the trucks and it was even better.
I felt very good and when I get better wheels it will be great.
The skates run slightly large I think, but thick socks did the trick.
Also, they look way better in person than in the stock picture.
You can spend way more and get way less, I looked for weeks and compared a lot of price ranges and brands.
These will become my outdoor skates when I can spend over $200.00 for a better pair, but for 49 bucks?
Excellent value !

Our second pair of these, lasted over 2 seasons before my son grew out of them. He never complains of being cold in the snow. The only improvement would be the inclusion of a goggle wipe (were on old pair but not these), otherwise would give 5 stars.
