It's been a pain going from knowing nothing about crossbars to ending up with these. I just wanted a crossbar system that screwed into my existing mounts on my 2013 Accent SE, but compatibility with these things seems like a nightmare. Amazon says these don't fit. THEY DO. I shopped around enough and saw something that said this would fit my car, and I took the leap just so I could write this review with my experience.

The crossbars are fine for my purpose. I have a kayak mount attached to them and they seem very sturdy. No issues, except finding the documentation ensuring me that they would fit my car! They whistle quite audibly as low as 35-40mph, but I think this is a problem with crossbars in general that needs to be rectified.

Edit: These seem to cut my max MPG by about 4mpg. On long trips I cruise around 70mph and my mileage went from ~42mpg to ~38mpg.

I must say though if you have a large head or more rounded, then these will be great! I have a narrow face and these just seem too large for myself. There is a green cast when using them which I don't mind. My only complaint is that when there are hot spots in view (highly reflective surfaces that appear pure white [i.e. white walls, water, mirrors, etc.]). Goldcoast Complete Longboard Skateboard (Classic Bamboo Xl) Review

I bought this board as my first, and I'd say I'm quite happy with it. It has a very nice and clean look to it, nothing very flashy, which is what I wanted. The logo and text on the underside look great, and the grip is super grippy, for lack of a better term. But I have to say, within the first week of having it, the wheels suffered from a few glaring cracks and the like. While I did buy the board during a sale, and I can't complain too much, but that was disappointing; I would maybe keep that in mind when buying this at $200. I've never been crazy with the thing, only riding around newer neighborhoods and roads. Despite the cracks, and possible dangers, I still ride it around, and I've been just fine. Overall, the board is phenomenal, trucks and bearings included, but I would perhaps be looking at new wheels as well, just in case. Though I haven't heard this complaint before, so maybe you'll be fine.

I work at a skating rink and we just got a couple pairs of these to try out and they are terrible!! I have very narrow feet and these skates were pinching my heel (width wise) the entire time I wore them. The upper strap is also very flimsy, in comparison to any of the Spiritblade models (which are what my rink typically buys for rentals), which make it more difficult to get it buckled tight enough to skate. Also, while the wheels are a 78A durometer (compared to the 80A of the Spiritblades), on our wood skating floor, they felt very slick which made me feel as if I would slip and fall if I went any faster than a brisk walking speed. If you are looking at these skates I highly recommend ANY of the Spiritblades over these. The Spiritblades are very good for their price. Save your money and buy the right skate the first time.
