All I have to say about this item at the moment is that it DOES comes with the harness and elastic clip. So far I love this beacon, but I have yet to really put it into action. I'm writing this review so other won't fall for AMAZONS recommendation to buy the extra harness, etc. I will change my review when I find out how the DSP performs.
