<EDIT> after using this I had to bump it up 1 star. Despite the weird fit and sizing it is a great suit for the money. Comfortable, good seams, warm.

I'm 6 ft 160 lbs. I work out but clearly by my weight, not a big guy. I fell between a M-Long and L in Hyperflex sizing chart. To be safe I ordered a L. The length of the suit was fine but the top was soo tight I could barely get the zipper done up and when I did my arms stuck straight out and I could barely move. I returned it and ordered an XL - I've never been an XL anything. I normally where a men's large t-shirt but they are plenty loose on me. Tried on the XL. It fit snug in the thighs and across chest and shoulders. But the abdomen area is super loose, baggy and bunchy. Looks like a quality suit otherwise. I'm probably going to keep it because I'm tired of dealing with returns and there doesn't seem to be a size that works without going to another brand.
