These skates are solid. The boot can be heated to form fit. I bought these for outdoor hockey for my two sons so the wheels are just a bit too soft. Will be getting asphalt wheels soon. For size information: My son's have 4.5 on the Branack Device so I purchased the 3.5 skate; fits perfect.
