This is a nice lightweight suit, but only if it fits you properly. For the best sizing info I've used the detailed sizing charts at LeisurePro, which carries most of the major brands. Or go directly to the manufacturer's website to check their charts.

I'm 5' 11" and 175 lbs. My waist is 36" and chest is 41.5". This suit in a large was too tight in the chest & neck. The X-Large was better in the chest but a little looser in the thighs & waist. I found a better fit for me in the NeoSport Wetsuits Men's Premium Neoprene 1mm Full Suit in a Large size. But I kept the X-Large Cressi instead since it looks sharper.

I'm not a scuba diver, you see, but a springboard (diving board) and platform diver, and I practice in a quarry where the water is quite cold. I think if I look better I'll dive better. Right?
